Gabriella Acker

Gabriella is a dedicated law student with a passion for intellectual property law. She focuses on
all aspects of patent prosecution.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an administrative assistant at the Ohio Access to Justice
Foundation and Pro Seniors, gaining valuable experience in providing legal assistance to
underserved communities.
Gabriella currently serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property. She is
also an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, where she engages in
discussions focused on the latest developments and challenges in intellectual property law.
Additionally, she is a frequent volunteer with the Patent Hub, gaining practical experience while
contributing to the community.
She is presently preparing for the patent bar exam, demonstrating a commitment to expanding
her expertise and ability to practice in the specialized area of intellectual property law.
