Bill’s practice includes all areas of intellectual property law, particularly patent and trademark prosecution and counseling, both in the U. S. and overseas.

His experience in patent prosecution extends to both the electrical and mechanical arts, with particular emphasis on computer software and microprocessor control systems.

He has prepared more than 500 patent applications in technologies including telecommunications routing and network management, identity verification, digital imaging, and computer peripheral devices.
