Jeffrey is an attorney at Wood Phillips where he focuses his practice on the procurement and enforcement of patents, copyrights, trademarks and other forms of intellectual property. Jeffrey has experience in many different technologies and industries in the electrical, mechanical, and biomedical areas. Such industries include power tools, medical devices, telecommunications, sports equipment, pressure seal mailers, motorcycles, and automobile aftermarket collision replacement products.
Previously Jeffrey worked at an intellectual property boutique in Chicago where he gained experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation including fact and expert discovery, summary judgment and trial proceedings.
Jeffrey is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
